Health & benefits
Extra virgin olive oil has been part of healthy kitchens for thousands of years. Here is what makes every spoonful worth it.

Rich in monounsaturated oleic acid, which helps support healthy cholesterol levels when it replaces saturated fats.
Polyphenols and vitamin E help protect the body’s cells from everyday oxidative stress.
Fresh extra virgin olive oil contains oleocanthal, the compound behind its peppery finish, studied for its anti-inflammatory properties.
A spoonful of olive oil is a time-honoured way to keep digestion smooth and comfortable.
Stable when heated, so the goodness goes into your sabzi, daal and roasts, not just your salads.
Vitamin E and natural squalene make it a classic moisturiser for skin, hair and massage.

Questions & answers
Extra virgin is the highest quality grade of olive oil. Our oil is cold-extracted from fresh olives and is never refined or chemically treated, so it keeps its natural flavour, aroma and health benefits.
Cold-pressed means the olives are processed below 27°C without heat or chemicals. This protects the delicate flavours, aromas and nutrients that higher temperatures destroy.
Yes. Good extra virgin olive oil is excellent for sautéing, roasting and everyday Pakistani cooking. Its natural antioxidants help keep it stable as it heats.

In cold weather the oil may turn cloudy or thicken; this is natural, doesn't affect quality and clears at room temperature, so never heat the bottle.
Our oil is cold-pressed from select Mediterranean olive varieties, with origins in Tunisia, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain and Palestine, that are cultivated and produced here in Pakistan.
Olives are harvested once a year in autumn and pressed soon after picking. An unopened bottle is best enjoyed within 18 months of bottling; once opened, use it within 3 to 6 months. Check the label for your batch details.
